MSC Development Group LLC is dedicated exclusively to developing and maintaining MSC Payroll, a 100% cloud-based payroll platform. MSC Payroll originated in 1980 as a payroll system for Texas Instruments computers and migrated to IBM PC-compatible microcomputers in 1985.

n 1989, Micro Systems Consultants was established to continue the development, sales, and support of MSC Payroll. Over the years, MSC Payroll has adapted to new industry technologies. In 2020, the Cloud version of MSC Payroll was launched, and MSC Development Group LLC was founded to continue the work started by Micro Systems Consultants.

Today, we serve over 900 clients in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, providing a robust and adaptable payroll solution for small and medium-sized businesses.
